How to increase breast milk supply is a pressing issue many nursing mothers<\/a> battle with, so you are not alone. Personally, I did not experience this but I have encountered many women who have, and successfully guided them on how to increase breast milk supply.<\/p>\n

It is interesting to note that many nursing mothers \u2013 and women alike, do not know that one can actually increase breast milk supply through various methods. Also, there have also been occasions where low breast milk supply is as a result of late breast feeding, or when the baby does not latch correctly on the nipple.<\/p>\n

In many cases, nursing mothers experience low breast milk supply within the first few days \u2013 or weeks of breastfeeding \u2013 it is normal. However, it is not normal \u2013 and rare if a mother produces less breast milk than the baby actually requires for optimal development and growth.<\/p>\n
